Home Sweet Home

Mommy and Daddy put me into a chair and locked me in. I thought I would cry but oddly the contraption was very comfortable. Plus I got to go to my home, where Mommy and Daddy lived while I was in Mommy's tummy. I couldn't wait to see.

It took like a lifetime to get home from the hospital where the nurses live. Even though I slept like a baby (HA, get it? baby?!) in the carseat, I was pooped once we got home.

Once I woke up from my nap break, Mommy fed me and Daddy wrapped me up in my blankie just like my nurses did. He sat me up in this yellow donut thingy. It gave me a chance to take in my surroundings. I loved everything about our house. There is a place for me to rest in every room.

I gave my parents the "OK" sign as my approval. They giggled again. It makes me so happy to see them giggle with happiness. They do that a lot when they see me. I learned a new face. My mom is an expert at it. She taught me how to use my facial muscles to make funny faces. I can't quite hold my head up yet so I used my arm as an anchor. What do you think?
By the end of being home for a week, I was an expert at life. I even learned how to hold up my own bottle.
Here, I give my daddy some words of wisdom on how to take care of me. He listened to me very intently. I am so proud of him. He is the best Daddy in the world.

I like this picture of me.
My life so far has been pretty great. I wonder what else is in store for me... I think I'll dream about it for awhile...
